Offers
Offers built on real numbers
Create offers from costed dishes and menus – with or without an event – and keep every version traceable.
What CulinaryCube does for you
Lines from your costing
A recipe line takes its price from a costing; manual lines cover everything else. The link to the costing is kept.
Net or gross, several tax rates
Choose whether the offer is written in net or gross amounts. Tax is calculated per rate group and adds up to the cent.
Versions for every revision
A customer's change of mind becomes a new version. Earlier versions stay as they were.
Frozen once issued
An issued offer can no longer be changed – including the customer's details and the allergens of every dish, as they were on that day.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an event to write an offer?
No. An offer can belong to an event, but it does not have to – a weekly delivery or a set-menu price works just as well.
Which currencies are supported?
Each offer has one currency. Euro and Swiss franc are supported for the DACH region.
What if the customer wants a change after I have issued the offer?
Create a new version. The issued one stays unchanged, so both what you sent and what you changed remain visible.
